After over 20 successful years of hard work, Nick took the initiative to open his own Estate Agent. This venture was driven by his desire to build a solid foundation for his family and create the opportunity for them to work together in the future. His aim was to revolutionise people's perception of estate agents by emphasizing communication, customer care, distinctive marketing, and setting ourselves apart from the rest.

With over 15 years of residing in Manningtree, Nick recognised it as the ideal location to establish his core business, thanks to it's thriving nature.
